We are seeking a Senior BIM Coordinator to join our Schaumburg, IL team. This is a key technical role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is passionate about advancing BIM execution and coordination across complex projects. What You'll Be Doing * Lead the development, coordination, and maintenance of Building Information Models (BIM) for ductwork and piping systems using Revit, AutoCAD, and related BIM tools . * Serve as a key technical resource for BIM standards, model accuracy, and coordination across multiple disciplines. * Coordinate design intent with internal teams and external partners to ensure fully integrated project execution. * Participate in project coordination meetings to review model progress, identify clashes, and support resolution strategies. * Maintain and update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring all design changes are accurately reflected. * Support project schedules by ensuring timely delivery of coordinated models and documentation. * Conduct occasional site visits to verify field conditions and support as-built validation alongside senior project staff. * Communicate model updates, coordination issues, and deliverables clearly to project teams and leadership. What We're Looking For * Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination tools . * Proven experience working with duct and pipe systems in MEP environments . * Strong understanding of construction documentation, coordination workflows, and BIM standards. * Ability to independently manage complex model coordination tasks across multiple stakeholders. * Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical information. * A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to drive solutions in a collaborative environment.
