Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm Duration: Direct Hire Our client, a Chicago-based manufacturing company, seeks an Accounting Clerk to provide support to their accounting team and backup support for the office’s receptionist! Entering, printing and invoicing customer orders Make corrections and/or deleting orders Run daily order report Provide back-up and support to the accounting department Process monthly commission payments to outside sales reps Providing back-up to the receptionist Other duties as assigned High school diploma or equivalent 3-5 years of practical accounting or bookkeeping experience (coop, internship, prior work experience, etc.) Strong attention to detail Team player and quick learner City Staffing is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in all aspects of our business.
