About the team: The Learning Solutions team designs and delivers comprehensive training programs to enhance technician skills and operational safety. Collaborating with stakeholders, the team develops learning strategies, instructional content, and performance tools aligned with business objectives. They manage curriculum development, leverage educational technologies, and uphold quality standards to support continuous workforce improvement. By fostering adaptability and ongoing learning, the team drives process enhancements and productivity gains. Their efforts contribute significantly to operational excellence and the organization’s success through effective change management, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
