Joining this team means contributing to impactful projects that support Walmart’s mission to help people save money and live better while advancing organizational capability.What you'll do...Partner with Sam's leadership and partners to execute talent strategies across a portfolio of standard run the business processes and transformation focused projects/initiatives.Utilize data and AI to generate insights that inform Sam's talent strategy and measures impact/outcomes. Analyze succession pipelines, assessments and talent movements to anticipate talent needs and flag risks.Educate partners on talent practices, making sure they follow the enterprise and guidance from the enterprise and be able to adjust when needed per market/segment needs.Assist with rollout of talent initiatives end to end, in partnership with the owners in our team across markets and segments.What you'll bring...Proven leadership experience managing talent development portfolios and driving execution of multiple business plans and projects.Analytical and data analysis to forecast needs, measure progress, and identify improvement opportunities.Innovative ideas, problem solving skills, and a love for driving change.
