About the team: The team leads end-of-life asset replacement programs for Realty projects, capital planning, and vendor management for planned maintenance activities. They provide regular budget and project updates to management while driving program management excellence through cross-functional leadership and effective communication. Focused on measurable outcomes, the team collaborates with stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that optimize resources and enhance operational processes.
