Key responsibilities include driving Seller experience, program adoption, seller enablement, and customization of payments and financial services offered to Marketplace Sellers. This leader will work closely with Enterprise Financial Services as well as other Marketplace stakeholder teams to drive adoption of new financial products and support associated operational execution at scale. The team works across Payments, Product, Risk, and Operations to deliver reliable payment solutions and financial services that support seller growth, marketplace performance, and a seamless end-to-end experience. This is a highly collaborative team driving adoption, innovation, and operational excellence across a rapidly evolving space. What you'll do:Lead key programs supporting Marketplace Payments and Financial Services, ensuring strong execution and alignment to business prioritiesDrive Seller adoption and improve the Seller experience across payments and financial services offeringsPartner cross-functionally to support the launch and scaling of new financial products and servicesUse data and insights to track performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvementMonitor program performance, assess risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery and quality results.Support continuous improvement by introducing new processes and leveraging digital tools to enhance operational efficiency.What you'll bring:Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or initiativesAbility to drive adoption of products or services, ideally within payments, financial services, marketplace, or eCommerceStrong stakeholder management and influencing skillsAnalytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisionsDemonstrated ability to lead complex programs using established program management tools and frameworks.
