About the team:The Global Logistics Operations Automation team drives technology enabled transformation across Walmart’s global logistics network. The team connects deep operational expertise with technology and automation to simplify complex processes, solve operational challenges, and enable scalable capabilities.We partner across Operations, Product, Engineering, and business teams to translate business and operational needs into scalable business and technology solutions. What you'll do:You will lead the expansion of Walmart’s Air Freight capabilities through CargoWise, partnering with Air Operations, Product, Engineering, and business teams. You’ll gather and prioritize business requirements, translate operational needs into technology solutions, support product roadmap and solution design, and drive implementations from discovery through adoption. You’ll lead through influence across global stakeholders and external partners, simplify freight processes, improve visibility and operational performance, and deliver measurable business value through automation, technology, and scalable solutions.What you'll bring:You will bring deep air freight and global logistics expertise, including freight forwarding operations and CargoWise experience. You’ll have a strong ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions, lead cross-functional implementations, and influence stakeholders across Operations, Product, and Engineering. You’ll bring experience improving transportation processes, solving problems with data, and driving operational transformation.
