Signarama is Hiring! – Sales & Design Representative

Inside and Outside Sales Position Available

Who are we?

Signarama is proud to be San Antonio’s most energetic, passionate sign company! While we have the equipment and team to produce rush signs of all kinds in under 10 minutes, our real specialty is our full service branding expertise; helping many local companies develop their “look and feel”. We then produce any type of sign you can dream up.

Signarama designs, builds and installs electric signs, monument signs, cabinets, wall signs, vehicle wraps, wall murals, routed signs and much more!

We are seeking a motivated and creative Sales & Design Representative to join our growing team. This role combines customer-facing sales with design coordination to deliver high-quality signage and visual solutions. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and able to guide customers from initial concept through final production while building long-term relationships.

Sales & Customer Service

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers from inquiry to project completion
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate signage and graphic solutions
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and project timelines
• Follow up on leads, estimates, and past customers to drive repeat business
• Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal team members

Design & Project Coordination

• Collaborate with customers to develop design concepts that align with brand standards and goals
• Create or coordinate artwork using design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• Ensure designs meet production requirements, city codes, and installation standards
• Work closely with production and installation teams to ensure accuracy and quality
• Review proofs with customers and obtain approvals prior to production

Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused mindset with sales experience preferred
• Intermediate design skills (Adobe Illustrator experience a plus)
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• High attention to detail and organization
• Proficiency with computers, email, and CRM/order systems
