Shift Details: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM, 5 shifts per week, scheduled hours 40.
Job Order Details: Start date 06/30/2026, end date 09/29/2026, duration 13 weeks.
Unit Information: Cardiac First Assistant Tech, 80116, location St. Mark’s Hospital, address 1200 E 3900 S, Salt Lake City, UT 84124, floor 2nd, building Main.
General Information: Number of ORs 15, number of staff 120, shift for the traveler 3 12 hours or 4 10 hour, on call requirements 4-5 call shifts a month, weekends requirements TBD.
Typical hiring profile: Skill set most recruited for: Must have at least 2 years first assist experience. Preferred or nice to have: General surgery, urology, GYN, spine, neuro, ortho, robotics, vascular, and others.
Best personality fit: Required certifications: CSFA, CFA, floating area(s): Main OR. Dress code: Scrub color/attire - provided by hospital. Unit guidelines/policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. Weekends and on call.
General comments: No. of positions: 1/1. Guaranteed hours: 36 contract weeks: 91.
