Prepare accurate repair orders, estimates, and maintenance recommendations. Obtain customer authorization before completing additional repairs. Communicate repair progress, costs, and completion times to customers. Coordinate with technicians and parts personnel to keep repairs on schedule. Review completed repair orders for accuracy before vehicle delivery. Address customer concerns professionally and escalat**e** issues when necessary. Meet customer satisfaction and service sales goals. Maintain accurate service records and follow dealership procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned by service management. Qualifications Customer Service Experience is a Plus.
