What You'll Do

• Prepare fresh, made-from-scratch meals with consistency, quality, and attention to detail.
• Plan and coordinate meal preparation to ensure food is ready on time and served at the proper temperature.
• Prepare ingredients.
• Prepare a variety of menus and meals using a variety of cooking techniques and experimenting with new recipes.
• Help keep our menu rotating and fresh by sharing ideas for specials and new recipes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen.
• Monitor product quality, freshness, and temperatures.
• Receive, store, and rotate inventory following food safety standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to create an enjoyable dining experience for employees.
• Assist with kitchen cleanup and equipment maintenance at the end of each shift.

Qualifications

• Previous cooking or food service experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
