Job Description

The Physical Therapist will provide patient evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, and work primarily in a Med/Surg setting with occasional duties in Acute Rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional patient care and supporting recovery through tailored therapy interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical conditions.
• Create and implement customized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all facility policies and procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Oklahoma.
• Preferred experience level: new graduates are welcome with appropriate clinical affiliations.
