Northeast Center for Rehabilitation and Brain Injury is a one-of-a-kind rehabilitation and community re-entry facility in Lake Katrine, NY (near Kingston, NY), specializing in: Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Ventilator Care and Ventilator Weaning Neurobehavioral Disorders Complex Medical Recovery We are currently looking for a Physical Therapist-Per Diem Responsibilities: Demonstrate competence in Physical Therapy evaluation, goal setting, treatment, and EMR documentation Chart appropriately and timely Effective communication skills for working with patients, families, and caregivers Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information Maintain an excellent working relationship with facility staff members Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the facility Read, write, speak, and understand the English language Provide dependable, regular per diem coverage Requirements: Must possess a degree from an accredited academic program conferring the title ofRegistered Physical Therapist. Possess a current, unencumbered, NYS license and maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment 1 year of experience in a therapist capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related medical facility preferred EEO Employer #J-18808-Ljbffr
