Pay & Benefits

• Pay package discussed upon application
• Hourly rates: Starting at $28.57, midpoint $37.84 (exact compensation based on experience)
• Differential pay: Evenings $2.30, Nights $3.75, Weekends $3.00

What You'll Do

• Perform routine Epic and bedside medication verification
• Work independently in critical care areas after clinical check-offs
• Provide all modes of respiratory therapy across hospital units
• Assess patient needs and recommend appropriate therapy according to protocols
• Mentor students and new staff members
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Support emergency responses and participate in multidisciplinary team activities

What You Need

• Active Respiratory Therapist (RT) license in Kansas
• NBRC CRT/RRT credential
• BLS, PALS, ACLS, NRP certifications
• Basic computer skills
• Minimum 6 months experience in critical care environment (preferred)
• Strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
