Manufacturing Technical Coordinator Date Posted: Jul 1, 2026 Location: Gilberts, Illinois, United States, 60136 Employment Status: Full‑Time Salary Range: $47,890 - $55,000 per year Responsibilities Prepare pre‑production paperwork and translate drawings/submittal packages from the Design Teams into an executable format for the Manufacturing Team. Organize company projects for production: format engineering files for drop to production, format/organize CNC files, create schedules, revise nesting layouts for maximum output, review a pre‑determined checklist for each project ensuring accuracy and compliance, and organize parts for packaging/assembly. What Will Make You Successful Communicates effectively, both verbally and in writing. Understands requirements for production. Willing to train with our Design Team and learn new programs (e.g., Rhino). Well organized and detail oriented. Possesses strong mathematical skills. Qualifications High school diploma required. Preferred Qualifications Associate or bachelor’s degree. 2+ years of work experience in drafting, millwork, cabinetry, or a related field. 3‑5 years of experience in a production/manufacturing environment. Requires close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth vision, and ability to adjust focus. Work Environment This position operates in a professional office environment and a manufacturing setting with variable conditions. PPE may be required in the plant environment.
