- Invoice Processing: Review, verify, and process incoming vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Data Entry: Perform high-volume data entry of accounts payable records and transactions into the accounting system.
- Vendor Communication: Serve as a point of contact for vendor inquiries, resolving payment discrepancies and maintaining positive vendor relationships.
- Account Reconciliation: Assist with monthly reconciliations and general support of core accounts payable operations.
