We focus on scaling data-informed decision-making across the advertising platform by leveraging analytics, experimentation, and strategic product management. This team drives innovation through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration, delivering impactful solutions that support business goals and improve customer value. What you'll do: Lead,coach,anddevelopahigh-performingteamofProductAnalystssupportingDataVentures&Advertising. ServeasatrustedadvisortoProduct,Engineering,andBusinessdrivingdata-informedproductstrategyanddecision-making. Proactivelyidentifyproductopportunitiesthroughcustomerinsights,hypothesis-drivenanalysis,andproductperformancedeepdives. DefineproductKPIs,measurementstrategies,andeventinstrumentationrequirementstoensuredata. Design,execute,andanalyzeA/Btestsandapplystatisticalmethodstomeasureproductimpact. Buildscalabledashboards,reporting,andself-serviceanalyticssolutions. Leverageclickstreamandbehavioraldatatoimprovecustomerexperienceandinfluenceproductroadmaps. Deliveractionableinsightsandstrategicrecommendationsthatdriveproductinnovation,businessoutcomes,andsuccess. What you'll bring: Bachelor'sdegreeinaquantitativefield;Master'sdegreepreferred. 8+yearsofexperienceinProductAnalytics,DataScience,orBusinessAnalytics. 3+yearsofpeopleleadershipexperience,withaproventrackrecordofhiring,developing,coaching,andleadinghigh-performinganalyticsteams. Experienceindigitaladvertising,retailmedia,e-commerce,marketplace,orconsumertechnology. Expertiseinproductanalytics,experimentation,statisticalanalysis,andproductmeasurement. The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
