This job isn't for most people. It's for the one who reads the fine print for fun, replies before the email goes cold, and can't walk past a problem without fixing it.
You'll work side by side with the CEO, see everything, and own whatever matters most right now. No layers, no politics, no decks that die in a drawer. Real work, real stakes, real speed.
A week in this seat
Monday. You walk into the leadership meeting with the numbers already checked and the hard question already asked.
Tuesday. A deal stalls. You know why by lunch and have it moving again by Thursday. Wednesday. The CEO hands you a half-formed idea. You hand back a plan, a budget and a date.
Thursday. You're across the table from a customer or partner, and you leave with a yes. Friday. Every promise made this week has an owner and a deadline, because you made sure.
Next week will look nothing like this one. That's the point.
You'll know it's you if
You spot the typo on page 37, and the clause on page 12 that quietly costs money. You move fast, and you know exactly when fast isn't good enough.
