Key Responsibilities\n

Your daily responsibilities will center on delivering impactful therapeutic interventions, which may include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, strengths, and available resources.

• Facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that outline specific therapeutic goals and interventions tailored to each client.
\n
• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that treatment efforts are synchronized and that clients receive holistic care.

• Providing crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary, developing safety plans in response to urgent needs.

• Maintaining comprehensive and timely documentation of client progress and interventions to adhere to ethical and legal standards.

• Leading psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at fostering community among clients and enhancing their coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with children and adolescents experiencing a variety of mental health concerns, such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Your ability to build rapport and trust will be crucial as you engage with young clients and their families, empowering them to navigate their challenges and promoting a path to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.
