Residential Property Manager
Due to our rapid growth and expansion Brady Sullivan Properties is recruiting for a full-time, experienced Residential Property Manager for a property in Dover, NH. The Property Manager's primary responsibilities are the operational and financial aspects of the property and meeting company goals in those areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily property operations, including:
- Marketing and leasing
- Resident relations
- Maintenance coordination
- Maximize occupancy by:
- Responding to inquiries and phone calls
- Qualifying prospective residents
- Showing and leasing apartments
- Preparing lease documents and move-in paperwork
- Create and execute resident retention and leasing strategies
- Manage:
- Rent collections
- Capital improvement projects
- Reporting and compliance requirements
- Ensure operations comply with applicable laws and company policies
Requirements:
- 25 years of on-site residential property management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to work weekends
