Trauma-Informed Refugee Programs Director

Bethany Christian Services in the United States seeks a URM Program Director to lead and coordinate services for unaccompanied refugee minors. You will supervise URM, licensing, and QA staff, build strong partnerships with state and federal agencies, and ensure care aligns with trauma-informed Sanctuary model. Requires MSW or related master’s, 5+ years in foster care/refugee services, bilingual Spanish/English, and the ability to manage budgets, reports, and program policy. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bethany Christian Services
