Amaze Health is searching for an RN to provide nursing care to mental health patients in a telemedicine environment, navigating the healthcare system to ensure the best patient care. We operate in all 50 states and provide bridge services to reduce gaps in mental health support. The model allows nurses to work autonomously while being supported by an interdisciplinary team. Patients include children, adults and families. Candidates must have a compact RN license. CA license is a plus. Responsibilities Partner with individuals to achieve their recovery goals Provide health promotion and maintenance Conduct intake screening, evaluation, and triage Provide case management Teach self-care activities Administer and monitor psychobiological treatment regimens Practice crisis intervention and stabilization Engage in psychiatric rehabilitation and intervention Educate patients, families, and communities Coordinate care Work within interdisciplinary teams Telemedicine experience preferred; training provided Active, unrestricted compact nursing license is required Qualifications & Requirements Must live in the Denver metro area and be willing to work at the office located in the DTC at I25 and Bellview Compact nursing license (RN) required; CA license is a plus Experience in telemedicine or mental health care is preferred Benefits & Pay Pay range: $30-$45 per hour Full-time position with benefits Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401K, and paid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr Amazehealth
