Operations Coordinator

A small operational gap becomes expensive when nobody records it, assigns it, or checks that it was resolved. We are hiring an Operations Coordinator in St. Louis to maintain accurate trackers, coordinate daily handoffs, and surface delays while there is still time to respond. This is a full-time, on-site coordination role rather than a department-management position. Find the gap before it becomes a delay Review incoming work for missing dates, references, quantities, or approvals. Update operational schedules and trackers using confirmed information. Coordinate routine handoffs between service, supply, customer, and office teams. Record exceptions, identify the responsible owner, and follow up on next actions. Prepare concise daily or weekly updates on open items and completed work. Maintain process documents and suggest practical improvements based on recurring issues. Bring a method for handling several moving parts You should be comfortable with spreadsheets, written updates, and checking information against a source record. Experience in logistics, retail operations, facilities, manufacturing support, military administration, customer service, or project support can be relevant. Around one to two years of related experience is helpful, but we will consider a strong combination of transferable experience and demonstrated organization. A specific degree is not required unless the final hiring manager confirms otherwise.
