Position Overview JSG is seeking a Human Resources Director for our client in Wilmington, DE. This hands‑on role offers a unique opportunity to influence organizational excellence from the ground up—bringing your expertise to the forefront of a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. Pay $150,000 Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 10+ years of progressive HR experience including payroll, benefits, compliance, employee relations, and recruiting Proven leadership in managing and developing HR teams, with direct supervision of HR professionals Deep knowledge of federal and state employment laws, leave programs, and HR compliance standards Proficiency with HR information systems such as ADP Workforce Now, applicant tracking, and learning management platforms Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Nice to Have Skills & Experience HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR Experience in multi‑site operations, property management, food and beverage, construction, or real estate sectors Fluent Spanish language skills Experience managing vendor relationships and compliance reporting Preferred Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent field Extensive experience leading HR functions across diverse industry sectors Past experience working with robust HR systems and managing complex workforce initiatives About Johnson Service Group Johnson Service Group, Inc.
