The "Player-Coach" Model: To remain deeply rooted in our mission, this is a patient-facing leadership position. You will spend approximately 95% of your time in direct clinical care , leading by example and using your frontline insights to drive team development and continuous improvement. Master Clinical Quality: Own clinical outcomes and documentation consistency within your clinic, ensuring your team delivers care that is both high-touch and high-quality. Manage Complexity: Act as the clinical point person for complex patient cases or team issues, utilizing sound judgment and professionalism to resolve challenges in real-time. Clinic Operations & Development (5%) Drive Team Performance: Partner closely with operations to lead and develop a high-performing provider team, driving engagement, accountability, and a shared commitment to excellence. Optimize the Experience: Collaborate on operational workflows to ensure a seamless, "stronger-together" experience for both patients and the clinical staff. Continuous Improvement: Use data-driven insights and patient feedback to identify clinical gaps and implement improvements that elevate the standard of care at Silver Lake. Build the Team: Support the onboarding and ongoing mentorship of new providers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. What You’ll Bring Requirements: Credentials: MD/DO; Board Certified in FM, IM, or OB/GYN; Active CA License and DEA. Clinical Expertise: 3+ years in outpatient primary care with a focus on Women’s Health (routine gyn, contraception, STIs), Mental Health, and inclusive, patient-centered care. Leadership & Accountability: 1+ years leading clinicians (direct or indirect); proven ability to coach teams, hold staff accountable, and perform peer reviews. Operational Mindset: Data-driven and adaptable; comfortable collaborating with Operations to balance clinical quality with workflow efficiency. Training & Development Candidates who lack experience in the following areas will receive specialized training: Specialized Women’s Health: Menopause management and sexual health. Expanded Primary Care: Medical dermatology, weight management, and procedural scope. Work Location This role is based in our Silver Lake clinic. Compensation & Benefits Tia is committed to pay equity and pay transparency. Compensation for this role will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, location, role leveling, business needs, and market conditions. The expected base salary range for this role is $235,000 - $280,000 , depending on level and experience. Medical Director Stipend: An additional $8,000 annually. Growth Incentive: This stipend is designed to scale upward as the clinic expands and patient volume increases.
