CLA is currently seeking aPropertyTax Senior to join ourState & Local Tax (SALT)practice. Howyou'llcreate opportunitiesin thisPropertyTax Senior role: Review fixed asset detail documentssubmittedby clientsrequiredfor property tax renditions Work withclientand property tax team to resolve identified data issues Receive training onAvalara software UtilizeAvalarato prepareand reviewproperty tax renditions Work with clients from multiple industries, including but not limited to Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail & Healthcare Complete tax-related research and special projects as needed Review and resolve property tax notices received from Assessors Identifydiscrepancies where filing an appeal may berequired Develop and train teamassociates andinterns to help them build inspired careers Work with many great clients to help them resolve complex issues and get results What you will need: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance,or related fieldrequired 2+years'ofrelevantexperiencerequired Experience in business consulting or services preferred CPA eligible preferred Our approach to compensation emphasizes collaboration and career growth. The compensation range for this position inCaliforniais: $87,000.00 - $146,000.00 The compensation range for this position in Minnesotais: $74,000.00 - $126,000.00 The compensation range for this position in Washingtonis: $80,000.00 - $136,000.00
