Nonprofit Legal Advisor (Part-Time, Pro Bono)

A Healthier You, Inc. is seeking a legal professional with experience in nonprofit organizations to support our continued growth and operations. About the Role: This position will provide legal guidance on an as-needed basis to support contracts, compliance, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities: Review and draft contracts and agreements Provide guidance on nonprofit compliance and governance Support partnership agreements and risk management Advise on best practices for nonprofit operations Qualifications: Experience working with nonprofit organizations Knowledge of nonprofit governance and compliance Strong attention to detail and communication skills Licensed attorney (preferred) Details: Part-time / as-needed basis DMV area preferred (not required) Compensation: Pro Bono #J-18808-Ljbffr A Healthier You, Inc.
