Network Administrator

Location: Bakersfield, CA 93309 (Hybrid - 80% onsite / 20% WFH) Pay Rate: $25/hr Engagement: 4-year Contract-to-Hire Overview We're looking for a Network Administrator to support server and application performance across the enterprise environment of our top healthcare client. Responsibilities Work with developers to ensure new applications do not impact network performance Monitor and analyze server and application performance Perform testing and recommend system improvements Identify system or hardware changes that could impact performance Create performance and capacity reports Set thresholds for automated alerts Requirements 3-6 years of experience Strong experience with Windows server systems Experience with server performance, monitoring, and capacity planning Experience with Cisco switches High school diploma required STRONG COMMS Schedule: 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM Travel: ~20% (local between Kaiser facilities) #J-18808-Ljbffr
