This role offers a full-time, in-person schedule with 40 hours per week, working across 2-3 school sites, based on your experience. You'll enjoy the variety and connection that comes with supporting multiple campuses while fostering strong working relationships and making a genuine difference.


Qualifications:

• Certification or licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) required
• Experience as a School Therapist or ABA Therapist preferred
• Prior work with school-aged children or adolescents is highly beneficial
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to various school environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Commitment to developing individualized intervention strategies

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapy services to students
• Support students' educational and social-emotional growth across assigned sites
• Work collaboratively with teachers, counselors, and families to implement strategies that foster student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
• Participate in meetings and contribute professional insights to student support teams
