Position Overview
This position manages last-mile delivery coordination, ensuring shipments reach final destinations efficiently. The associate supports dispatch functions, monitors delivery progress, and maintains accurate tracking records.

Responsibilities

Coordinate last-mile delivery assignments
Track delivery progress and update systems
Communicate with drivers regarding route updates
Maintain dispatch logs and documentation
Monitor delivery timelines
Identify inefficiencies in routing
Escalate delivery issues when necessary

Qualifications

Strong communication skills
Basic computer proficiency
Organized and detail-focused
Ability to follow structured workflows
Time management skills
