Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager for a Public Funding Compliance Team. This role is responsible for building and operating the program management infrastructure that supports participation in public funding programs across numerous U.S. jurisdictions. You will be the operational engine behind a program spanning multiple workstreams, working directly with stakeholders to turn complex obligations into structured, repeatable, and auditable execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and operate the program management infrastructure for public funding program compliance.
• Manage multiple parallel workstreams and projects simultaneously while maintaining execution fidelity.
• Convert complex, cross-jurisdictional obligations into structured and repeatable processes.
• Build cross-functional partnerships and influence stakeholders to act without a direct reporting relationship.
• Develop documentation systems, exception tracking, reporting cadences, and portfolio management frameworks.
• Ensure all program activities are structured, repeatable, and auditable.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in program management, business operations, chief-of-staff, or equivalent operational leadership roles.
• A track record of building operational infrastructure from scratch, such as documentation systems, exception tracking, and reporting cadences.
• Experience managing multiple parallel workstreams or projects simultaneously.
• Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders.
• Strong written communication skills for audiences ranging from executives to operators to external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with collaboration and project management tooling (e.g., Quip, Jira, SharePoint, Asana, Smartsheet).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing programs across multiple jurisdictions, states, or regulatory entities.
• Experience in regulated industries, public-sector programs, federal grants administration, or compliance operations.
• Exposure to broadband, telecommunications, or infrastructure industries.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
