Description

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver top-notch service using Spare Time's Steps of Service
• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar and dining room guests
• Know the menu inside and out and make great recommendations
• Share excitement about events, attractions, and specials
• Run the bar efficiently while juggling multiple guests
• Support the team by bussing tables, helping with food prep when needed, and keeping areas clean and stocked
• Operate the POS system confidently and handle payments accurately
• Complete opening and closing duties and required shift paperwork
• Maintain clean equipment and work areas in line with health and safety standards
• Monitor alcohol consumption and check IDs consistently

Experience

Preferred

• High school diploma preferred.
• 2+ years previous waitstaff and or bartending experience preferred.
• SERVSafe and/or TIPS certification preferred or required if mandated by the state.
