BDO USA is seeking a Tax Senior in the Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) group to help ensure timely delivery of engagements and client satisfaction across M&A tax work. You will participate in due diligence, structuring, and post-deal integration, while collaborating with global teams and mentoring junior staff.
