Leading the internal communications strategy, the full-time Director of Internal Communications will manage corporate messaging, oversee change communications, and create engaging content to keep teams informed and aligned, while working remotely. Key responsibilities Develop and execute an internal communications strategy that aligns with company goals and values Lead communications for high-stakes corporate initiatives and manage sensitive announcements with discretion Produce compelling internal content and analyze communication performance to demonstrate impact on engagement Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in internal, corporate, or change communications Expertise in managing internal communication channels and applying change-management frameworks Strong writing and editing skills for transforming complex information into clear messaging Proven ability to coach executives and handle confidential communications with judgment Bachelor's degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or a related field
