Plant Manager

One of the top-performing manufacturers in the WORLD is seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial, successful Multi-Site Plant Manager to lead an operation in the Central Ohio area. Job Responsibilities: Provide leadership, planning, and assist in directing manufacturing activities, personnel, and projects Plan, develop, and implement strategies to meet plant and company goals Develop programs and strategies to optimize operations and increase production. Work with Continuous Improvement team to carry out lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Work with sales department and product development department to capitalize on market needs Create Operating and Capital Budgets based on current and future demand. Maintain a safe working environment for all employees and ensure that employees follow safety rules to ensure zero injuries. Job Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in engineering, technical, managerial or related field 5+ years of Plant Management and Operations experience.
