Inventory Control Specialist

The Inventory Control Specialist will play a key role in maintaining accurate inventory records, verifying shipments, supporting billing accuracy, and ensuring smooth day-to-day inventory operations.
Responsibilities

• Verify incoming Bills of Lading (BOLs) against purchase orders and delivery documentation
• Accurately receive inventory into the Point of Sale (POS) system
• Maintain accurate inventory records and product counts
• Perform routine cycle counts and identify discrepancies
• Research and resolve inventory issues in collaboration with management and other departments
• Review inventory reports and counts with leadership
• Ensure correct products are billed accurately and documented properly
• Safely lift and move inventory items up to 50 pounds
• Support overall warehouse and inventory management operations as needed

Qualifications

• Previous inventory control, warehouse, or related experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds
• Experience with POS systems or inventory software is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic math skills for counting and verifying inventory
