Commercial Roofing Project Manager

We're looking for an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join a well-established company with a strong pipeline of new construction projects and a supportive team culture.

What You'll Do:

Oversee commercial roofing projects (mainly new builds)
Manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
Coordinate field teams and ensure quality and safety
Handle change orders, submittals, and client communication

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in commercial roofing project management
New build experience preferred (schools, warehouses, offices)
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Stable work history and a team-oriented mindset
