• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples meticulously for precise analysis as necessary.
• Keep detailed records of all procedures, train newly recruited staff or interns, and uphold the laboratory's quality assurance standards.
• Ensure a neat, safe working environment while adhering to regulatory and accreditation standards.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a relevant allied health field, along with preparation for ASCP / AMT certification.

Certification Details

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of joining.
• Maintain your certification throughout your employment with us.
