As a member of our team, you'll be part of a company that values results, caring and learning . What will you be doing? S&OP & planning leadership: Work with Sales/ Sales Planning, Merchandising, and leadership to generate calendar deadlines to support supply chain key milestones Production and supply management: Negotiate delivery schedules and execute purchase orders within OTB (Open-to-Buy) plans. Partner with Overseas offices and agents to negotiate XF dates based on factory capacity and manage production timelines to understand impact on production issues, such as delays/shortages etc. Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product development, costing, sales planning, merchandising, marketing, and finance to close planning gaps and maintain accurate forecasting. Lead: Lead monthly initial markdown reviews in partnership with Finance to support inventory and margin objectives.
