Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload while fostering strong professional relationships with clients, emphasizing ethical practices and clear boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor their progress, stability, and to plan for any appropriate discharge strategies.

• Collaborate with clients to develop, implement, and continually assess person-centered treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Keep detailed and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes for each client to ensure accurate and effective treatment.

• Complete comprehensive intake assessments to classify patient needs and identify suitable treatment paths.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions on a weekly basis to address client-specific issues and promote improvement in mental health.

• Participate in regular supervisory sessions to reflect on clinical practices and seek constructive feedback.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
