This position is designed to be remote, allowing for flexibility in your work environment while ensuring access to a supportive professional network. You will operate within a full-time schedule during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, which promotes a work-life balance crucial for mental health professionals.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Apply a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to assist clients in overcoming challenges related to trauma, anxiety, and depression.

• Ensure all clinical records are maintained accurately and confidentially, adhering to industry standards and HIPAA regulations to protect client privacy.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance the quality of care provided.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Colorado is essential for this role.
