Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, both in your virtual office and in community settings.

• Conduct assessments, develop integrated care plans, and implement evidence-based interventions tailored to each client's individual needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that treatment is aligned with clients' presenting problems and requests.

• Participate in crisis intervention, using established protocols to assist clients in distress and ensure their safety.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care, integrating services effectively between mental health professionals, clients, and their families.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, facilitating ongoing evaluations and meetings.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including reports and data submissions, while adhering to ethical standards and organization policies.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work (BSW) is required; a Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) is strongly preferred.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
