Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for patients to identify their mental health needs, create tailored treatment plans, and track progress effectively.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, ensuring each patient receives the most appropriate treatment.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, facilitating seamless communication within the multidisciplinary team.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team including psychologists, psychiatrists, and primary care physicians to develop holistic care strategies.

• Educate and support patients and families about mental health conditions and treatment options, enhancing their understanding and involvement in the recovery process.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed on current research and best practices in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
