Job Summary

The Senior Digital Marketing Coordinator will provide support for the firm’s webinars, website, client alert program, social media, digital marketing, and other related activities. This role will also provide support for a variety of communications activities and projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinates the planning and execution of all webinars, including creating invitations in the Vuture email management system, setting up the webinar in On24, facilitating rehearsals, producing webinars, and all related website and social media tasks.
• Support the firm’s social media presence by publishing content across applicable platforms and identifying opportunities to increase visibility and engagement.
• Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on engagement, audience growth, and content effectiveness.
• Provides support, training, and coaching to firm attorneys and other professional staff on use of social media and other digital branding channels.
• Assists in managing the firm's website by updating biographies, practice descriptions, event pages, and other content; creating new pages, and monitoring expired content Manages the process for updating lawyer and professional biographies on Crowell.com, including ensuring compliance with bar guidelines.
• Manages client alert formatting, risk review and distribution process.
• Assists in the management of analytics and reporting for website, alerts, social media, webinars, email marketing, and podcasts. Provides input and analysis to key stakeholders as necessary.
• Assists in optimization of website and blogs using SEO and GEO tools, ensuring website content is up-to-date and relevant.
• Assists in management of digital marketing projects and tasks using project management tracking system.
• Monitors website performance, finding and correcting errors in content, broken links, or other needed maintenance.
• Serves as a first response for general marketing department requests; helps ensure general compliance with firm editorial and style guidelines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Strong proficiency with HTML, social media platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe creative suite required.
• Knowledge of the following applications a plus, but not required: DealCloud (or applicable firm CRM tool), Lexblog/WordPress, Vuture or other communications/event management systems.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing with internal and external contacts.
• Excellent editing and proofreading skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a productive and committed work effort, meeting deadlines and managing workload.
• Ability to provide quality client service to both internal and external contacts.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic and complex environment to meet deadlines and daily requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and with others in a cooperative, enthusiastic and friendly manner to accomplish objectives and participate in team efforts.
• Provide a willingness to work overtime and off-peak hours to serve internal and external client needs.
• Demonstrated ability to acquire new skills quickly, particularly as it relates to digital marketing and production tools.

Education

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree.

Experience

The position requires a minimum of five (5) years of related and progressively more responsible experience. Strong project management experience is preferred. CRM experience is a plus.

Prior law firm experience desirable.

Salary Range

$61,000-$90,000 - Washington, D.C.

$70,000-$100,000 - NYC
