The Millennium Group is seeking a reliable, customer-focused Mailroom & Concierge Services Associate to support daily mailroom operations, shipping and receiving, concierge services, and general office support in a professional corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, sort, process, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
• Prepare outgoing mail and shipments, including packaging, labeling, and tracking.
• Process accountable mail using tracking systems and obtain delivery signatures.
• Maintain accurate mailroom records, logs, and inventory of shipping supplies.
• Provide professional concierge services to employees, visitors, and vendors.
• Assist with visitor coordination, food deliveries, and general client requests.
• Support loading dock operations, including receiving, staging, and moving shipments.
• Operate manual or electric pallet jacks when properly trained and authorized.
• Properly pack and ship fragile items, including glass bottles.
• Assist with corporate event setups, breakdowns, and meeting room arrangements.
• Coordinate daily mail drop-offs at the post office.
• Provide backup coverage and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mailroom related experience.
• Manual or electric pallet jack experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dangerous goods shipping procedures preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
