Mercy Housing’s Carter Terrace in San Francisco is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily property operations, resident services, and leasing from application to move-in. The role is on-site at an affordable housing community. You will coordinate with the Property Manager, front desk and maintenance teams, ensure HUD/tax credit compliance, and deliver strong customer service while maintaining records and handling rents. #J-18808-Ljbffr
