Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator About the Role: We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to be the voice and support hub of our company. You’ll manage service calls, installation schedules, and support both customers and our technical team. Location: Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and emails; address customer inquiries. Schedule installations, service, and maintenance appointments. Coordinate logistics between clients, technicians, and sales staff. Maintain customer records and service histories in our database. Assist with billing and follow-up communications.
