RN Wound Care Nurse (weekends)

RN Wound Care Nurse The Pearl at Fort Lauderdale Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a RN Wound Care Nurse to join our team. RN Wound Care Nurse Duties Include Responsible for accurate and timely documentation of wounds in the nurse's notes at least weekly Responsible for all treatments required by licensed nurse on your shift and ensuring the wound care treatments are carried out at other times. Evaluate high risk patients for pressure reduction interventions methods Conduct body assessments and documentation on all new admissions per policy Round with doctors weekly to assist with assessing residents RN Wound Care Nurse Requirements/Qualifications Current and valid RN (Registered Nurse) license Active CPR Certificate Point Click a Plus Wound care certification desired Excellent communication skills Experience in LTC preferred but not required Positive attitude and a team player Salary:Based on a experience an Equal Opportunity Employer.
