I opened my agency in 1991 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in healthcare, where helping others was already an important part of my career. Today, I’m proud to lead a well-established agency with an experienced team and a strong history of serving our customers and community. Our agency offers a Simple IRA, paid time off, paid holidays, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We provide the stability of an established office along with the opportunity to learn from knowledgeable, experienced team members. Our culture is professional, supportive, and focused on results. As an Account Manager for John Marcelli - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
- Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
- Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
- Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
