Leading the operational strategy for a portfolio of strategic events, the full-time Director of Event Operations will establish governance frameworks, optimize processes, and ensure exceptional experiences across customer, partner, employee, and executive events in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Define and evolve the event operations strategy and governance framework across the strategic events portfolio Oversee operational planning and execution, ensuring consistency and excellence in all event programs Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, and contract negotiations to optimize event operations Required Qualifications 10-15+ years of experience in large-scale event operations or experiential marketing Proven track record managing multimillion-dollar budgets and complex event portfolios Deep expertise in operational planning, supplier management, and large-scale event execution Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders Strong understanding of operational governance and risk management frameworks
